We discovered our first Big Bench during a motorcycle journey through Piedmont in Northern Italy.

Created by an American born Italian architect living in the area, The Big Bench Community Project has a growing membership throughout Europe, and we are proud to be the first approved Big Bench in the UK!

Based on an ethos of community involvement and engagement, together with local artisan craftmanship and skills, we embarked on the creation of our own Big Bench here at Plasglasgwm.

Visit the garden and grounds and take some time seated on the Big Bench while you are here, a place for contemplation and relaxation, as well as great views!
